How Dave builds it

No dig. No rot. Just fence.

(Why use big word when few word do trick.)

Three things make Dave's fence last longer than the one the last guy built — and go up faster, too.

01 · The ground up

Driven steel posts

No dig. No concrete. No 24-hour cure.

  • Steel driven past the local frost line
  • Fence goes up the same day we start
  • Won't rot, heave, or lean in winter
  • Works with every fence type we build

02 · The middle

Materials that last

Picked for the weather your fence actually sees.

  • Cedar graded for long-term outdoor wear
  • Vinyl stabilized for hot-cold cycles
  • Aluminum powder-coated and pool-code compatible
  • Galvanized hardware, corrosion-resistant

03 · The finish

Fit to your yard

Hand-fit to your grade, with gates that swing true.

  • Panels and runs built to your spec
  • Rails hand-fit to your yard's grade
  • Gates sized and hung to swing true
  • Site cleared before the crew drives off

Every fence Dave builds uses this system. See yours on a map →

The Dave Difference

Why Dave, really?

01

Dave's an Indiana Native

Dave knows Tippecanoe County soil, HOA rules, and which neighborhoods need permits. Not a franchise. Not a fly-by-night crew from three states over.

02

Dave Built the Tools

Online estimator, 3D project previews, real-time scheduling. Dave built the tools other fence companies wish they had.

03

Dave's a Straight Shooter

No surprise charges. No bait-and-switch. Dave gives you a real number upfront and sticks to it — before the driver ever hits the first post.

04

Dave Builds Like He Lives Here

Because he does. Your fence is Dave's reputation on your property line. Materials rated for Indiana winters, not whatever's cheapest at the supply yard.

Ask Dave

Questions, by stage.

Here's what tends to come up before you start, while the crew's on site, and after the last panel's up.

What does a fence actually cost?

Depends on length, material, and gates. The online estimator gives you a real installed estimate in about a minute — Dave asks for your name, phone, and email so he can follow up, then walks the yard to lock the final number in person. No three-day wait.

Does Dave pull permits?

Yes — HOA approval, city permits, and 811 utility locates. If your neighborhood needs sign-off, Dave's done it before.

How fast can Dave get started?

Most jobs start within two weeks of your green light. The crew runs two builds a week during Indiana's build season.

How long will my yard be torn up?

Typical backyard install runs 2–4 days. Post day is the loudest — the driver seats steel posts straight into the ground, no digging or concrete. After that it's just saws, rails, and pickets going up faster than you'd think. Dave keeps a clean jobsite from day one.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. Dave walks the line with you once before we start, then the crew works without you. Gate in the fence is stake-marked, you approve by text.

What about 811 utility locates?

Dave's crew files every 811 locate three business days before install — driven posts still go a few feet into the ground, so we follow the same rules. Marks stay on your yard; we drive posts around them. This is on us, not you.

Is there a warranty?

One year on labor, full manufacturer warranty on materials. If something fails in year one, the crew fixes it — no invoice.

Do you do repairs or just new builds?

Both. Dave's repaired everything from one leaning post to a whole quarter-mile line after a storm. Call and describe what's broken.

What maintenance does a cedar fence need?

Stain every 3 years. It's one Saturday of work. Dave's quarterly newsletter sends a reminder when your fence is due — opt-in, no pressure.

Ready?

Two ways to get your number.

Self-serve in a minute with the estimator, or tell Dave the basics and he'll come back with a real quote. Either way — straight pricing, no Brad.
