Fences must be six feet in height with optional six‑inch rot board bottom and optional three‑inch decorative cap on top of pickets; must be cedar or pressure‑treated pine; chain link or wire prohibited; fences must be wholly within property lines and not extend into front yard beyond building setback; finished materials preferably both sides, finished side must face public side; pickets outside so posts/rails not visible from street.
